Order Acceptance:

Orders placed on www.hautekraft.com (the ‘Site’) will be binding upon Haute Kraft after acceptance. Acceptance occurs when Haute Kraft acknowledges the user’s order by email or ships the goods. Orders placed on the Site are assumed to be made in good faith and for lawful purposes only.

2. Payment Terms:

• Payment is considered complete once made via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, or Net banking.
• For phone or email orders, payment may be made by direct transfer or personal cheques by mail.
• Haute Kraft does not accept cash payments for online purchases. All prices are in INR (Rs.).

3. Cancellation Policy:

• By indicating acceptance of any product or service, the user is obligated to complete the transaction.
  • In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their order, the following cancellation policy applies:
    • If cancellation is requested within 1 hour of placing the order, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
    • If the cancellation request is made after 1 hour and before dispatch from our side, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
    • However, once the product is dispatched from our side, cancellation cannot be accommodated, and no refund will be provided.

4. Information Accuracy:

While efforts are made to provide updated information on prices, product descriptions, and availability, Haute Kraft does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site.

5. Pricing Policy:

• Prices listed are the distributor’s suggested retail price (MRP) and serve as a benchmark for comparison.
• MRP may not always be the latest; any reliance on MRP during purchase is not the responsibility of Haute Kraft.

6. Stock Availability:

Some products may be limited in stock and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Supply priority will be given to the first customer who orders on a priority basis.

7. Returns and Refunds:

• For non-customizable products, returns are accepted within 15 days from shipment date for a full refund.
• Customizable products are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly customized. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.
• Defective items will only be exchanged for the same product.
• Returns must be made within the first 15 days from shipment and must be in original packaging with all components.

Process of Returns:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send a Return Request email mentioning the product name, product code, and invoice number.
2. Receive a unique Return Authorization Code from Haute Kraft.
3. Quote the code in all transactions for a valid return and eligibility for refunds.
4. Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all materials.
